• Payment for your accommodation is payable on the day of arrival.
• Cheques must be cleared prior to the day of arrival.
• AMEX payments are subject to a 3.3% surcharge.

• The credit card details provided will guarantee the booking; this will act as a confirmation. No deposit required. 

Early check in / Late check out

• Late check out (up to 12 noon) may be available – contact Reception for further information.

Bedding configuration requests / Apartment Requests

• Room requests and bedding configuration requests are subject to availability.

Condition of Room / Apartment

• All registered guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, keys, fixtures and fittings in the accommodation (fair wear and tear excluded).
• On departure, apartments should be left in a generally clean and orderly state.
• A fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required.
• Strictly no cleaning of fish or other seafood is allowed in the apartment. Cleaning charges will apply to these breaches.
• Pets and smoking are prohibited in apartments. Any evidence of either within the apartment will result in a charge, which will automatically be deducted from your credit card.

• Mariners Cove Motel & Apartments administers a strict NO PARTY POLICY.
• No noise after 10pm.
• All apartments are strictly non-smoking.
• Failure to comply may result in immediate termination and eviction from the property without refund and / or incur additional charges.
• We ask that any noise complaints be reported to Reception.
